How do you manage your stress and anxiety? Some of my techniques include routine, philosophy, and religion. The goal is to figure out what you can actually control (only a small amount) and not worry about the things that are out of your control (most things). If you can spot the few things you have power over, it will help you create better goals, focus on what matters, and achieve more progress with less stress. I recommend some books (you can listen to them as audiobooks if you’re not a “reader”): 10% Happier, Meditations, and the Bible (I promise you it’s more helpful for you as a DJ than what you think).
